All Asthma & Anti-Allergy pillows from Ellis Fibre are made specifically for people suffering from asthma or allergies and carry the Sensitive Choice® Approval. The approval follows a vigorous reviewing process by the Asthma Foundation NZ and only products that meet their strict regulations are allowed to carry the blue butterfly logo. All of our asthma and anti-allergy pillows have been treated with Sanitized® Actifresh, which inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi, making them a safe choice for asthma and allergy sufferers.

Kids - Our kids pillow has an extra low height profile, making it ideal for small necks and shoulders. This pillow is the perfect choice for toddler and upwards age groups.

Soft - With its low height profile, this is a soft polyester pillow that lets you snuggle right into it.

Medium - This pillow has a medium height profile, providing you with medium firmness and support.

Firm - For those who like their pillow to be firm, this pillow has a foam core that is surrounded by polyester fibre, providing you with extra support.

Euro - This pillow is manufactured in the typical European square shape. Its extra fill makes it a great support pillow when reading or sitting upright in bed. For those that like their bed to have that luxurious look, this is a nice display pillow.

Each pillow comes with a 2 year guarantee of unconditional fine workmanship and quality.

Unfortunately PO Box addresses are not accepted for orders & your parcel will be returned to sender (us) if the delivery address is a PO Box.

CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES

Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Ellis Fibre will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel. 

Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left New Zealand, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given timeframe we are not liable for any delays that are are out of our control.

 

 

Buying online can be a bit daunting at times, especially for high end products such as ours. You can’t see or feel the product and have to depend on descriptions, images and reviews to decide whether or not the product is right for you.

What does this mean for you?

If you receive our product and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to return your product to us for an exchange, gift card or refund – the choice is yours. The only condition is that you return the product in its original state. That means it needs to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

For exchanges – send off the item you wish to exchange to us (please follow the shipping instructions below). Once we have received and inspected the item, we will give you a call to arrange a payment/refund of the difference in purchase price before sending the replacement to you.

For returns/gift cards – send off your chosen exchange item to us (please follow the shipping instructions below). We will give you a call as soon as we have received the good to organise the refund or to send out a gift card.

Faults – Even though we take great care to ensure that our products are as near to perfect as possible, there is always a small chance that a product is faulty or was sent out incorrectly. If this should happen to you, please give us a call at 03 476 4221, so we can arrange pick up and replacement or refund.
